Rodney Potter, board member for Guardian Angels, was awarded the Distinguished Citizen of the Year in 2011, for outstanding community service. Mr. Potter is not only a dedicated member of Guardian Angels but also helped establish the Sheriff’s Youth Ranch in Manatee County.
